Do you support small batch orders?
We accept small trial orders with no strict minimum. Contact us with your requirements and we'll confirm feasibility based on material and process complexity.
How long is the sampling period?
Standard sampling takes 3–5 working days for die-cut parts and 5–7 working days for molded silicone. There is a sample fee, which is refundable on orders over 5,000 pcs. Exact cost depends on material and complexity.
Can you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?
Yes, we can provide samples. There is a sample fee which is refundable when you place a bulk order. We'll confirm the exact sample cost based on your product specifications.
How do I place an order?
Simply send us your drawing or requirements via email to sales@forticut.com. Our team will review the details, confirm specifications with you, and provide a formal quotation within 24 hours.
What is your standard lead time for production?
Standard lead time is 10–15 working days after sample approval for foam and die-cut parts, 12–18 days for silicone, and 15–20 days for packaging. Rush orders can be completed in 7 days for an additional fee, depending on material availability.
What shipping methods do you support?
We support multiple shipping options including express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight and sea freight. We'll recommend the best option based on your order size, timeline and budget. Export documentation and customs clearance support is included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal for sample orders, and Western Union. For bulk orders, standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
What are your shipping terms?
We support EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, and CIF terms. Shipping can be arranged by sea, air, or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) depending on your urgency and order size.
Is there a sample fee?
Standard samples may require a sample fee, which is refundable on bulk orders over 5,000 pcs. Custom tooling or molding fees apply for new designs and are quoted separately.
Can you provide material certificates?
Yes, we can provide RoHS and REACH compliance reports for materials upon request. Food-grade silicone FDA certification is available for silicone parts. Our cooperating facility holds ISO 9001 quality management certification.
